Electrical is included in this unit, up to a point – we know what the bills should be and have limits on the dryer to ensure the bills do not spike. The private yard for a pet is small and not yet fenced or grassed. Parking for this unit is for two licensed and insured vehicles in front of the front door. Sorry, there is limited yard space for this unit.
The unit is walking distance to Haliimaile town and a short walk to the park bus stop. The home is in a lovely neighborhood. The community is very safe and we take care of each other as best as we can.
This unit is ideal for non-smoking tenants as this unit is NON-SMOKING ONLY. Smoking or vaping tenants will not be considered for this property. There is a being limit on this unit of 6 including adults, children, and animal(s).
