This home is a newly constructed unit and never lived in. This unit is upstairs, accessed ONLY by staircases inside or outside to the back deck. All appliances are BRAND NEW.  Kitchen includes double door refrigerator, microwave hood fan, electric stove, large pantry, and open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and all kitchen items. All linens are also included: bath towels, shower curtains, sheets on all beds, and tea towels in the kitchen. Large open room with 75” flat screen LG TV, large sectional couch and ottoman, 6-person dining room table. The living room and all bedrooms have a new ceiling fan and light. There is a large-covered deck with chairs and table with ocean view. The living room has a fully retractable glass wall that will accordion completely out of the way to open to the deck. The primary suite has a dresser, mirror, nightstands, king size bed, walk in closet with built-in organizer and full bathroom ensuite (with bath). The two remaining bedrooms have queen beds, dresser, both with large closets; one bedroom has a built-in desk. Laundry is downstairs in the common area, by the front door, shared with the downstairs unit.  This unit does not have a dishwasher and is upstairs (two staircases, one interior and one exterior).  

Electrical is included in this unit, up to a point – we know what the bills should be and have limits on the dryer to ensure the bills do not spike. The private yard for a pet is small and not yet fenced or grassed. Parking for this unit is for two licensed and insured vehicles in front of the front door. Sorry, there is limited yard space for this unit.

The unit is walking distance to Haliimaile town and a short walk to the park bus stop. The home is in a lovely neighborhood.  The community is very safe and we take care of each other as best as we can.

This unit is ideal for non-smoking tenants as this unit is NON-SMOKING ONLY. Smoking or vaping tenants will not be considered for this property. There is a being limit on this unit of 6 including adults, children, and animal(s). Please note that illegal drugs, including marijuana, or any other illegal activity are not permitted on the property at any time.

Rent is $4,300 + GET per month including all furnishings, wifi (no cable), electrical, water, sewer, mail delivery, trash, lawn maintenance and parking for 2 insured and operating vehicles. Tenants would be required to have renter’s insurance and owners as additional insured. Tenants would also provide their own smart TV logins such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.  Owners have several rentals and live in the immediate area.
